The purpose of this course is to equip an individual with routing and switching knowledge and skills.
At the end of the programme, the trainees will be able:
- Understand the network reference model and the entire data communication process.
- Familiar with the system and be able to perform basic operations.
- Understand the concept of routing
- Understand basic Ethernet concepts
- Configure ACLs and AAA to provide basic security solutions for the network.
- Be familiar with the NAT protocol
- Have general knowledge of basic concepts of enterprise network management.
- Be able to build small-scale IPv6 networks.
- Understand the basic concepts of SDN and programming automation.
CENTEXS General Admission prerequisite AND:
- Possess at least degree in Electrical and Electronic, Communication, Computer Science or Software development major etc.
- Familiar with Windows operation system.
- Have a general understanding of communication network.
- Have basic knowledge of electronic and electrician skills will be an advantage.
