CENTEXS was committed to support the government’s initiatives to revitalize the tourism sector by providing and developing relevant training programs while also producing the necessary workforce development for this industry. The initiative is stated in the Post-Covid-19 Development Strategy 2030 (PCDS 2030), which was released in July of this year, and tourism is one of the key sectors that will propel Sarawak to become a developed country by 2030.

HOSTEL AND CANTEEN
Accommodating 280 students for two dormitory buildings including male and female dormitories. A three-storey building can accommodate 21 house units that include 5 rooms for a house unit.
A housing unit has 5 rooms and accommodates a total of 10 students. Equipment such as 2 bathrooms and toilets, living room, cabinets and furniture such as beds and wardrobes for each room.
STAFF QUARTERS
Four-story building that accommodates 16 housing units. built for the needs of CENTEXS Lundu staff and prioritized for staff who have families.
Each floor has four house units and each house unit has a main room and a bedroom. each house is equipped with furniture such as wardrobe, kitchen, sink and sofa.
